The Deposit

An initial deposit of 20% of total holiday value is required at the time of booking. This deposit will reserve the villa in your name. The deposit is not returnable if you cancel your holiday more than 21 days after your booking has been confirmed. If cancellation is made within 21 days after confirmation, a full refund will be given. If a booking is made within six weeks (42 days) of the date of travel, the total value of the holiday is payable immediately on confirmation of the booking.

If your deposit is not received within 10 days of your booking request and our confirmation of availability, your holiday booking will be cancelled and the dates returned to general offer.

The Balance

A letter of confirmation will be sent to you at the time of booking confirming your booking details and the date on which the balance of payment is required.

The balance should be paid no later than 6 weeks (42 days) before the holiday departure date. You will be contacted 14 days before the balance is due to request settlement. If the balance is not received within that time, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
