Accommodation

Villa Kefi has a spacious living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers (one ensuite). The attractive living room with tiled floor, timber ceiling and a beautiful fireplace, is fully furnished and has a TV and a CD player. There is a sofabed and a large armchair that also converts into a single bed, plus three other comfortable armchairs and assorted occasional tables. The dining table seats six, or eight to ten extended. The kitchen is fully equipped but no dishwasher I'm afraid.

Each of the bedrooms has a double bed while the middle bedroom has an extra single bed as well. All three bedrooms have wardrobes.There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is ensuite. There is a washing machine in the ensuite bathroom.

Outside there is a large paved terrace with a cooking area with sinks, a gas hob, a very big barbecue and a bar - ideal for families, parties and leisurely dining. The garden is full of citrus trees, roses, palms and bougainvilleae.

Villa Kefi is fully furnished and equipped. There is adequate china, glass, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. for 10 people. Sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels, dish cloths and tea towels are provided, but please ensure you bring your own beach towels. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

The villa will be thoroughly cleaned once a week but this service does not include washing up. Rubbish will be collected once a week when the villa is cleaned.

Please Note: Greek plumbing
In Greece you cannot put ANYTHING down the toilets, not even toilet paper. Toilet paper should be put in the bins provided. If toilet paper or anything else is put down the toilets, THEY WILL BLOCK UP. If this should happen it is the responsibility of the guests to contact and pay for the plumber (telephone number provided).

A deposit of €100 to cover losses/damages is required at the same time as your final holiday payment. This deposit is refundable by post after your holiday if no loss or damage has occurred.
